Over the weekend, the Diocese of Malaita (DOM), under the leadership of Rt. Rev. Bishop Michael Sau Bebeu, held an important clergy workshop in Auki. The event brought together senior priests and parish priests from the diocese for three days of learning and fellowship.

𝘊𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘨π˜ͺ𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘒𝘡𝘡𝘦𝘯π˜₯ 𝘡𝘩𝘦 𝘡𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 π˜₯𝘒𝘺𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱.

The workshop began on Friday with a Holy Eucharist and a retreat led by Bishop Bebeu. Participants engaged in various sessions that included presentations on the first-quarter template, teaching materials on liturgy and worship, and discussions about Anglican practices. The clergy also received an overview of the Anglican prayer book and rituals.

This workshop is designed to equip the clergy with the knowledge and resources they need to better serve their parishes. By focusing on liturgy and worship, the Diocese aims to strengthen the spiritual life of its parishes.

Bishop Bebeu expressed gratitude to all who attended, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and continuous learning in the ministry. This event is part of the Diocese's ongoing commitment to support its clergy in their vital work of serving the people of God in the Diocese of Malaita.
