Malaita FA Thanks Sponsors for Supporting Eagles Team

The Malaita Football Association (MFA) and the Malaita Eagles Team Management would like to sincerely thank Mr. John Misite’e of Swift Logistics and Mr. Keith Sanga of BASI Football for their generous support to the Malaita Eagles team.

In a statement today, MFA President Mr. Timmy Afia expressed deep appreciation to the two proud sons of Malaita for their timely donations. Mr. Sanga sponsored a full set of new uniforms for the team, which he purchased from India, while Mr. Misite’e donated 32 pairs of branded Adidas and Nike soccer shoes.

President Afia said the support was an initiative of the MFA executive, and as president, he took the lead in reaching out to family members to share the team’s vision and ask for their support. “Both John and Keith were happy to give back to Malaita through the Malaita Eagles,” he said.

He added that the team proudly wore their new uniforms in today’s match against the Guadalcanal Hornets.

President Afia concluded by saying that the support from BASI Football and Swift Logistics has greatly boosted the team’s morale and preparation as they booked their ticket in the semi-finals of the tournament.
