West Kwaio Member of Parliament, Honourable Claudios Teifi, on Mission to build Three Chiefs, Meeting houses, at West Kwaio Constituency.

The Member of Parliament, for West Kwaio Constituency, Claudios Tei'ifi, strongly emphasized the need to build three houses of chiefs in his constituency.
MP Tei'ifi echoed this during the OFI Descendants Reconciliation that took place at Buma Catholic Station recently.
He stated that once the houses of chiefs are completed, he issues a call on every chief within the constituency, to work together, in unity, to resolve differences and settle everyones genealogical records.
The Member of Parliament for West Kwaio, has reported to have said that "This is the only way forward for development in our lands. We must first unite, work together, and by working together we can then step forward together and help empower our community ambitions, in terms of development," Honourable Teifi said.
Honourable Tei'ifi also conveyed that the hindrances that prevented development from occuring on West Kwaio lands were largely from a lack of proper recording and keeping of proper records, of genealogies of tribes, that came with the clear demarcation of their respective lands, allotted to each tribe.
Honourable Teifi then took the initiative to build these three chiefs meeting houses, after the reconciliation and have emphasized at the reconcilation "after this reconciliation, I want every chief to settle our genealogies and demarcate our lands," he emphasized.
Hon. Teifi re-iterrated that a lack of proper and clear understanding of geneological records, have been one of the major obstacles for development to proceed, on West Kwaio and by building these three proper Chiefs meeting houses at West Kwaio, this will help mitigate and resolve the challenge amicably.
"Because this is what caused confusion and land disputes among us in the past. If we know our genealogies, there will be no land disputes," Hon Tei'ifi added.
The materials for the three houses of chiefs were already shipped to the constituency on Wednesay the 23rd of April, yesterday.
